The Case of the Ex’s
Eva Marcille’s ex-boyfriend singer Kevin McCall and father of her first chil, 5-year-old daughter Marley Rae was arrested for domestic violence on Monday in Los Angeles. McCall, 34, was booked on one felony count of injuring a spouse or cohabitant,as Page Six confirmed.
Los Angeles County jail records show McCall was released on Tuesday after paying the bond. He’s scheduled to appear in court on April 30. Late Wednesday night, McCall took to Instagram to share an inspirational quote.
“If you have a dream and a Good heart don’t let this world steal your Joy, Keep fighting for what you love and most off [sic] all what you believe in,” he said in part. “Be kind and gentle to others and try your best not to always feel entitled to it being reciprocated back everytime, just enjoy loving people geniunely [sic] and you’ll always find a way to do that unique and special thing that God put you on this Earth/Plane to do for us all Love peace and blue magic Hair Grease ;-).”
The news of McCall’s alleged domestic violence arrest comes weeks after Marcille said she lives in “multiple places” to hide from McCall.
The model and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star added, “I still feel a sense of a threat. I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it’s the scariest feeling ever.”
Eva Marcille is a co-host on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show, fellow co-host Gary with the Tea, annoucned that Eva’s ex Kevin was arrested and the charges and joked that he didn’t see any scrathes on Eva. Eva spoke about the abuse she endured and tells what he did to make her reach her breaking point and leave.
