Do ya’ll remember, in March 2018,  TMZ leaked a video of New York rapper, Fabolous allegedly hitting Emily B seven times in the face ? Maybe you can recall news reports that Emily B lost her two front teeth from that same alleged incident?  Or how about the rumors that Fab also threatened Emily’s father and brother?

According to reports, the couple apparently argued over text Fabolous found which indicated his long-term girlfriend and mother of his two children, was in Los Angeles some time earlier without his knowledge.

Fab was indicted on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon. When combined, these charges had Fab facing up to 20 years in prison.

Fab doesn’t have to worry about being behind bars for the next two decades. According to Complex, Loso has struck a deal in the publicized domestic violence case. According to reports, New Jersey prosecutors are willing to dismiss Fab’s charges as long as he stays out of trouble for a year, and  completes a pretrial intervention program, a program typically offered to first-time offenders.

Get this, Fabolous’ attorney, Brian Neary, even told TMZ that the charges will be expunged or wiped away from Fab’s criminal record.

The prosecutors aren’t really asking much of Fab, he isn’t even required to take anger management classes. In fact, Fab isn’t required to take ANY form of therapy!  It would seem as if Fab would be punished harshly, but to the instead it’s as if he’s getting a simple pat on the rest.

Our good sis, Emily has remained loyal to this man after he has publicly embarrassed with his infidelity, and most recently with his alleged violence. Yet, both Emily and her father have stayed by Fabolous’ side in the domestic assault case.

According to reports, the couple is still together (low-key of course).
