Tiffany Haddish Reveals Who She Hoped To Dance With At The Met Gala:
She ready! Comedian Tiffany Haddish walked confidently down the red carpet as it was her first time attending the New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. The stars were dressed to impress as they attended the Costume Institute annual benefit. While Haddish chose to not dress with the MET theme of Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination, she looked heavenly as she wore black sequined pants and a long-sleeve white jacket with a plunging neckline which was designed by Brandon Maxwell.
I feel great in it! Haddish said to PEOPLE as she jokingly explained that she chose not to wear her Alexander McQueen white dress for a fourth time. I feel like any woman can rock it and feel beautiful in it.
On Instagram, Haddish shared her excitement as she not only represented for women in comedy but she also represented women of color. Not just anyone can attend the MET gala as it is an invite only event.
I’m super excited, she added on Instagram before the event. I’m about to represent for comedy, for women… for all of us.
Along with her friend, model Karlie Kloss, Haddish shared her excitement with reporters as she didn’t know what to expect. A reporter from Hollywood Life spoke with Haddish and shared with her that many people mentioned her name as they couldn’t wait to party with her. Excited that people were checking for her, Haddish wanted to know if her male crush asked about her.
Did Michael B. Jordan drop my name though Tiffany asked. When the reporter replied that she hadn’t talked to him, Tiffany responded, Well, then I can’t talk to you. Who talked to Michael B. Jordan? Finally, when asked if she wanted to be set up with the Creed star, Tiffany said, Definitely trying to link up with that.

While talking to Vogue, Haddish, 38, admitted that before the night was over, she hoped to at least get a dance with the Jordan.
Tiffany Haddish pops locks in a Brandon Maxwell dress and gets Childish Gambino and Michael B. Jordan to dance with her as Karlie [Kloss] films the whole thing, she responded when asked what she hopes headlines of her experience will be.
This isn’t the first time that Haddish has dropped Jordan’s name as she definitely would like to get with him. Back in March, The Girls Trip breakout star spoke with Entertainment Tonight’s Nischelle Turner at the Essence Black Women in Hollywood luncheon. When asked about her goals, Haddish revealed that she planned to spend some time with Jordan.
I haven’t gone on a date with Michael B. Jordan yet, Haddish joked of her affection for the actor. It’ll happen. I’m pretty sure he get me. I’m pretty sure he get the picture. But it’s OK if that don’t happen.
Michael B. Jordan was on The Breakfast Club and Charlmagne Tha God also mentioned that Haddish wanted to get with him. Jordan laughed it off and continued to promote his next project, Creed 2. It’s been rumored that Jordan is in a relationship but he mentioned that he wanted to keep his dating life private.
What do you think? Should Michael go on a date with Tiffany?
